The job hasn't changed but the tools finally have
We're trying to finish the job software started twenty years ago.

We have cars that drive themselves. iPhone apps that turn a half-formed idea into a finished song. But what do we have to help us do the most human thing: serve our customers well?
I spent a decade building this at HubSpot, leading the platform that became the only real challenger to Salesforce. And despite all that work, we still hadn't solved the core problem: giving people a complete, automatic picture of their relationships so they can focus on what's actually their job.
Our job is connection. Trust. The handshake. The promise kept. Business runs on relationships and promises kept, but the tools we have to manage them haven't fundamentally changed in twenty years.
Day AI is the next attempt. The AI moment gave us something that finally fits the problem. We're not building another increment of what already exists.

We're small, and we want to stay that way as long as possible. We hire people who care about the actual problem, not the category, and want to own things that matter. If that sounds right, reach out.
